Stamp Something Friday!

Happy Friday!  I don't know about you, but I am SO ready for the weekend!  And it's a 3 day weekend for me...filled with stuff to do...lol!  Anyway, thanks for joining me today to check out our "Love" challenge at Stamp Something.  The sponsor this week is Bunny Zoe Crafts! Loads to check out there...so please hop on over!  My card was made for the Truly Scrumptious Sketch.  I went with some DCWV papers from the "Madly In Love" stack and 80's Anya from GF. I LOVE here!  She's so fun!  And since I LOVE the 80's...she's ideal for me! And she's available at Bunny Zoe!  The roses are from the Dollar Tree and I did some faux stitching.  The sentiment is from the dollar clear stamps at Michael's.  80's Anya is colored with watercolor pencils and highlighted with a white gel pen. Thanks so much for coming by today and please check out the other fabulous DT members blogs!

MyGrafico Wednesday Sketch Challenge

Hello and welcome!  Today is Wednesday and I have my post for the MyGrafico sketch challenge!  The set we are working with this week is A Dog's Day. I used the puppy and the dog bed for this card.  The card is made for my nephew...it's hard to make a boy's Valentine!  So I used some black to boy it up...lol!  The chipboard hearts I found at Target.  The glittered letters for the sentiment I got at Joann's.  I paper pieced the dog bed with some Basic Grey paper and a Snow Marker. The ribbon is from all different places.  The sticky gems are from Joann's.  And there are 3 different Primas layered.  I wasn't having an easy time with this project but as I stare at it, I'm really starting to like it. It's fun and funky!  And I love my Fun Flock...that's how I did the puppy!  I die cut the circles and distressed them...and I think that's all!  So please check out the rest of the DT projects and have a wonderful day!  Thanks for looking!

The sentiment is from Whimsy. The Pink Elephant is all about pink, Die Cuts R Us is ribbon, A Spoon Full of Sugar was freestyle, One Stop Crafts was make it personal, and Secret Crafter was hearts.  Thanks for looking!  New post for Whimsy will be up soon!
