Stamp Something

Happy Friday! Here is my post for Stamp Something's Animal Something's challenge! Just include an animal in your piece! I used the Hallie the Horse Digital Image from Looby Loo! They are sponsoring this week and have loads of adorable images to choose from! The card is for my friend's daughter who loves horses! Her birthday is next weekend! I followed the sketch for Mojo Monday and the challenge of 3's for Pile it On (3 colors, 3 eyelets, 3 types of embellishments, 3 different ribbons), and the color (black, white and purple) challenge for Kaboodle Doodles. Hallie was colored with watercolor pencils, highlighted with a white pen and Ice stickles on her eyes. The paper is from DCVW. At the sea (and under it!)

Hello! It was a GORGEOUS day here! I felt inspired, so I got creating! These projects came together super quick and fit several challenges as well! I have 2 empty containers I saved months ago and dressed them up with DSP's. The smaller one is to hold small sea shells and the larger works as a sunglass case, or anything small enough to fit! I used images from Fred She Said as well as some Prima flowers, a jeweled brad, raffia and regular ribbons. Thanks for peeking in today!

Whimsy Challenge

Happy Monday! Today brings a new challenge over at Whimsy Stamps Challenges! The challenge is Touch of Sparkle...add sparkle or bling to your project. So I went with Whimsy's Princess Emma image colored with watercolor pencils and then glammed her up with Stickles and 3D Elmers glitter pens. The papers are from DCVW and Basic Grey. The fruit slice and heart are from K&Co. This card also fits the ABC challenge for Buttons, Cute Card Thursday's Lazy Days (summery colors, theme, etc.), Stamp Something's Birthday Somethings, Our Creative Corner's SU In colors (I don't have the in colors, but my colors came closest to Soft Suede (the green), Crushed Curry (yellow), Melon Mambo (pinkish), and Bermuda Bay (the teal brads and in the background paper).
