Stamp Something!

Happy Friday!  Quick post today...too much to do!  Last minute, I find out a party is NOT canceled...UGH!!!  Anyway, the challenge at Stamp Something this week is a sketch!  We have a fabulous sponsor, Wags and Whiskers Stamps this week. They gave us each an image to work with.  Mine is Puppy Love!  I used some DCWV paper and lots of scrap cardstock pieces.  I threw on a couple of charms and sweet little flowers and VOILA!  I colored these sweet pups with watercolor pencils and a white gel pen.  Thanks for checking it out and please run to visit the rest of the FABULOUS DT!!!!  Happy Friday!

Whimsy Stamps New Release Blog Hop

Welcome to my turn on the hop!  Whimsy Stamps is doing a New Release Blog Hop!  If you've been hopping, you should have come from Erin's page.  If not, please start at Crissy's blog to begin!  We have a fantabulous prize which is the purpose of the hop...Whimsy's new releases! Not to mention all of the bonus pieces :)

My card is made using "Cool Ride" the winter carousel horse from the Crissy Armstrong collection. I colored it with watercolor pencils and glitter markers.  I then went over it with glitter gel pens for sparkle.  The papers, I really don't know the brand name, but the embellies are buttons, primas, spacers, ribbon and a rhinestone.  I also used a snow marker and 3D glitter pens to make the trim on the horse's cape.
